Telephonic Surveys for UNDP's MAGP Special Emphasis Programmes (SEPs)

Telephonic Surveys for UNDP's MAGP Special Emphasis Programmes (SEPs)

Sysmatixx successfully implemented a comprehensive digital survey initiative for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) as part of the Multi-Donor Accelerated Growth Program (MAGP). The project encompassed 11 specialized telephonic surveys under the Special Emphasis Programmes (SEPs), focusing on the sectors of Energy & Power, Skills Development, Mines & Minerals, and Governance.

These surveys were conducted in three phases—baseline, midline, and endline—and aimed to evaluate the impact of development interventions across the Merged Areas. Each survey was executed using Sysmatixx’s custom-developed survey software, featuring modules for real-time balance incentives, automated dialling, multilingual questionnaires, live monitoring, and robust data validation mechanisms.

Sysmatixx's approach emphasized ethical data collection, inclusive female participation through gender-sensitive strategies like "pass-the-phone", and high-quality enumerator training. The governance component included two large-scale endline surveys evaluating improvements in district-level administration and citizen-state interactions. The project not only delivered clean datasets to UNDP but also included pretesting, pilot refinement, and continuous supervision to ensure integrity and reliability in every stage of data collection.

This engagement underscores Sysmatixx’s capability to manage large-scale, tech-driven survey operations aligned with global standards and responsive to culturally nuanced field realities.
