AWS Cloud Migration for CRM & Billing System for Nexus Dispatch

Led the end-to-end migration of BrightNet’s legacy CRM and billing infrastructure to a fully managed AWS cloud environment for Nexus Dispatch. The project began with a detailed pre-migration assessment and financial forecasting to determine long-term cloud cost benefits. Critical customer and billing data were migrated to Amazon RDS and S3 with near-zero downtime. Real-time monitoring was established using AWS CloudWatch, while AWS Cost Explorer was configured for budget tracking. The migration significantly enhanced performance and scalability while delivering clear monthly financial reports. Deliverables included a migration strategy with risk and cost assessment, security compliance documentation, and a post-migration performance and cost comparison report to quantify gains.
