The Chughtais Customer Relation Management (CRM) Software integrates all business applications of the Customer Relation Department (CRD) of Chughtais Lab into a single dashboard. This includes integration of NEXUS, Home Sampling, WhatsApp Business and Aheeva CCS. It allows CRD to track, surface and understand customer relation metrics.
